Powerlifting Coaches

The coaches we have listed are all people who have excelled in the sport, have 10 years+ of international competing experience at a high level and are “time served” in the sport.

There are many coaches out there who are still effectively novices. Although there are many who are effective, we can only offer recommendations for people who have a long history in the sport competitively, achieved an exceptional level in competition at international standard and that we have also seen the results on platform with their clients.

In no particular order:

Andy Bolton (the first man to ever deadlift 1000lbs….. ever….)

Based in Leeds. https://andyboltonstrength.com/

Delroy McQueen – outstanding lifter and with 30 years Olympic and powerlifting international reputation.
