Competition Schedule

Wednesday 1st August: 

FULL POWERLIFTING: All Teenage men and women. All Junior men and women. This is for RAW, Classic RAW, Single ply and multiply. 

Thursday 2nd August 

FULL POWERLIFTING: All open and master women. This is for RAW, Classic RAW, Single ply and multiply divisions. 

Friday 3rd August 

FULL POWERLIFTING: Men open and masters, RAW and single ply and multiply divisions 

Saturday 4th August 

FULL POWERLIFTING: Men open and masters, CLASSIC RAW division

Sunday 5th August

SINGLE LIFTS: Bench only and Deadlift only, ALL men and women, all age classes and divisions. EVERYONE! 

Weigh in Schedule - YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PASSPORT TO WEIGH IN

Weigh in Schedule: 24 hour weigh in ONLY 

31 July for 1st August:          9am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm 

1st August for 2nd August:  9am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm

2nd August for 3rd August: 9am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm

3rd August for 4th August: 9am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm

4th August for 5th August: 9am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm
